Yes, you read that title correctly and I have absolutely no shame in disclosing my STI status. We live in a world where STIs are compared to death sentences or something reserved for the promiscuous. It’s time to dispel that backwards thinking and create more safe, non-judgemental spaces.

1/7 Canadians will contract herpes in their lifetime and that’s ok! It doesn’t make you dirty or undesirable.

I have received countless messages from people who are over the world living with herpes thanking me because this video made them feel less alone. I hope it elicits the same sentiment for you if this is your experience as well.
